As before, you could edit video speed on IPhone by using IMovie App but after the update it is not available. However, this is not a problem on IPad. I recommend another App named Splice. With Splice, you can edit speed up to 2X
Actually, when I edit speed on some part of VDO with Splice, I usually get back to IMovie again for that IMovie is much easier to use.
