First Open program control panel and find "Add a language" for select Get in "Advanced Setting" and select "Change language bar hot key" click "Between input language" and "Change Key Sequence" Now window popup about Change Key Sequence will Show up then you click "Grave Accent" ( ˋ ) in the left side of window. Click "OK" and "Apply" Ok now finish,you can change your language keyboard by Grave Accent Button right now. But if you don't won't use grave accent you can use window button with spacebar too.
